Lasagne are a type of wide, flat pasta, possibly one of the oldest types of pasta. Lasagne, or the singular lasagna, is an Italian dish made of stacked layers of thin flat pasta alternating with fillings. The ultimate comfort food lasagna, with layers of rich homemade meat sauce, creamy béchamel sauce , noodles , cheese and fresh mozzarella.

  1. Make ready 500 g meat
  2. Make ready 2 carrots

Instructions to make Lasagna:
  1. Start by preparing your vegetables. Finely chop your carrots, parsley, celery, onions, pepper and garlic.

  4. Add 2 cups of tomato sauce and cook it at low heat. It takes around 1h until is finished. Mix your flavours in a small ball together with 2 teaspoons olive oil. Ten minutes before it's done, add the flavours in the pan and stir.
  5. Assemble the lasagna and cook in the oven at 170C for 20-30 minutes. 10 minutes before it's done add some extra parmesan on top.
